Delivery and Returns

We strive at Sendoptics.com to ensure you receive your designer sunglasses within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us. However if the model you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it is likely to take.

We send all orders as 1st class recorded delivery, so must be signed for on receipt.

International orders are sent "International signed for," and require a signiture on receipt.

Delivery in the UK is free. Delivery within the EU carries a £15-00 postage fee. Delivery outside of the EU carries a £20-00 postage fee.

We will charge a £3-00 postage fee per item in the UK for sending any exchanged goods.

Online security is very important to us which is why we use sage pay as our payment service provider.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Overseas Orders

We do accept overseas orders and will refund the VAT (20%) on any purchases which have been made outside the EU. The ex VAT price will not be shown in your basket, but using promo code: outsideeu you will be given 20% discount (equivalent to UK VAT).
